Affiliate with Eureka!

Would you like to affiliate with Eureka? Great! In order to affiliate with us please make sure that you follow the following rules:
1.) If your mini-banner is not 88x31 it will be resized.
2.) I will not accept animated mini-banners. I'll be happy to make them still for you if you can't be bothered to do so though.
3.) Because Eureka only has static spots we will only accept static spots. We may make exceptions if our mini-banner is near the very top of scrolling affiliates where it would be seen without having to scroll. We will not accept affiliation if our mini-banner is in a marquee.
4.) Your forum must be open to guests so I can check your site's activity.
5.) Our mini-banner must be on your site first if we didn't come to you first. I will not add your mini-banner until I see ours up.

The name of your site:
The URL to your site:
The URL to your mini-banner:
Don't post your code as that actually makes it harder for me to add your mini-banner. And keep the URL to the mini-banner outside of image code tags.
And finally, here is our mini-banner and the code!
