This is the place whenceforth to posteth thine character sheets for Shadowehrun 2.0, using the super advanced ~*~Karmagen~*~ rules detailed by ME and otherwise using Page 31 of the Shadowehrun Companion.
Karmagen: 300 Karma
Costs for Attributes: x3, or Free 6 9 12 15 18. This cost is calculated before racial modifiers or any other attribute-increasing thing.
Costs for Skills: 2, 5, 8, 14, 20, 25, 30, 35 etc.
17 karma for Ork/Dwarf
34 karma for Elf/Troll
+17 karma for a metavariant
+34 karma for Ghoul
34 Karma for Aspected Magician
51 Karma for Adept/Full Magician
51 Karma for Otaku
5 karma for Edges x level
Weird edice thingy: Instead of using d6's we'll be using the edice system.
Changed stats: The buyable stats are Quickness, Willpower, Magic, Body and Intelligence. Any references to Strength will use Body. Any references to Charisma will use Intellegence.
Body will be the stat used for determining armor usability.
Willpower will grant pain resistance equal to its level.
Reaction is determined by Quickness.
Magic is not lowered by essence loss or bio index. Your max Magic can be no greater then your Essence + Grade. Grade on its own does not increase your Magic.
Combat pool will be determined using (Quicknessx2+ Willpower).
Magic pool will be determined using (Intelligence + Magic + Willpower /2)
Task pool will be determined using (Intelligence)
Task pool refreshes every 1 minute.
Monies: Every player starts with 5000 nuyens. Additionally, the gang has a group fund of 50000 nuyens.
For non-essential items ONLY nuyen can be bought with karma at the rate of 1 karma per 500 nuyen. This includes items like lifestyle (including amenities on a vehicle), parachutes, non-essential wares such as sleep regulator or head radio, regular radios etc. Ask for clarification before buying anything.
Also, gang mooks may be bought with this nuyen, using the prices for freeing slaves in the third post. A Z-rank mook has 150 karma and is built by the player. Orks and trolls are not cheaper for this, they will eat your extra money as a bribe. Elves are still twice as expensive. A mook starts with Resources equal to half his buy price, which he will only spend on gear for himself. Every rank above Z gives your follower 50 additional karma as well as counting as +2 mooks during gang fights. Only 2 mooks may be bought this way per character.
Prices: The price of all items is reduced by 90% (1/10th of regular prices.) The exceptions to this are weapons (including accessories and bullets) and armor. Electronics are reduced instead by 50%, with exceptions at my discretion (just ask).
The prices for vehicle armor are changed as follows:
APPS: 120 Design points per seat
Armor (Vehicle): 200 design points per AP
Armor (personal): 40 design points per AP
Concealed Armor: 200 design points per AP
Smart Armor System: 1000 design points
The prices for robot options are changed as follows:
Improved Neural Network Algorithms: Rating Squared x 25 Design points per level.
Fuzzy Logic Algorithm: 50 Design points per level.
Multi-Object Manipulation: Rating Squared x 50 Design points per level.
Vehicles can be purchased as used with a price of 5% per health level, up to 50% for full health. One randonly determined stat will be lowered.
Dikoting prices are as follows. Dikoting weapons, armor or equipment costs 50% item price. Dikoting a vehicle costs BodyxBodyx100 nuyen. Both procedures have a minimum cost of 500 nuyen.
Ruthenium prices are as follows. A cloak or body-covering item can be fitted with ruthenium polymer at a cost of 1000 nuyen. Adding polymers to a vehicle costs BodyxBodyx50 nuyen, with a minimum cost of 1000 nuyen.
Cyberware can be taken at the Used(?%) quality. Used cyberware has a percentage its taken with, from 10% to 50%, in increments of 10 only. The percentage is the discount on the cyberware, as well as the increase in Essence cost of the cyberware in question.
Edges and Flaws: No limit to the amount of Edges you can buy. Up to 25 karma from Flaws.
Skill Limit: Each player may have three Active Skills rated 5. The rest must be lower.
Specialties are no longer bought using the rules in SR3. Instead a specialty may be purchased for 10 karma to gain two dice in a skill where it applies. One specialty may be purchased for every two ranks in a skill.
Languages are purchased normally, however in addition to language points, pick one Native Language. There are no rolls for using your native language.
Free Stuff: All runners start with a Rating 2 Remote Control Deck free of charge. The remote control deck comes with Rating 1 ECCM, one free hitcher jack, an Audio/Visual screen display and an Intercom speaker.
All the other rules are in the Shadowrun Companion. You can use any of the books, just let me know. If you want to ask my opinion on stuff you should take you could ask too.
